I updated the TOC and the redirection to the latest link.

The TOC script failed to work because of the tidying step. I'm not sure 
why, but anyway, that's not needed anymore, so let's skip it! If you 
apply the XSLT directly, using the awful following address, you'll get 
an updated TOC where the end still needs a bit of human intervention to 
put the appendices in the right place and remove doubles:
