New Draft of MWABP uploaded (13th March)

Hello all,

I have uploaded a new draft of MWABP:

(Francois -- for some reason I can't get the update TOC script to work, do
you have any thoughts on what's going wrong? Also, we have the usual winie
problem of the latest not being updated, do you mind fixing that up for me,
please).

*Major changes:

3.1 Personalization has been changed to 3.1 Application Data as discussed at
the last editor's meeting.

Rationale -- In its previous incarnation the Personalization BP ended up
being a general tutorial of Web applications. That's too broad for a doc
like this and wasn't providing value. Instead we decided to refocus on those
aspects that are specific to mobile.

*Also, I've made an attempt to annotate BPs with device characteristics that
must be known at the time of delivery in order to the BP to be valid (e.g.
css clipping / PIM apis / etc). There are less than I thought there would be
so suggestions of other annotations like this I should add are welcomed.

Open Issues:*

Outstanding questions and open issues are marked in the document. In
particular I propose merging 3.4.11 Power Efficient Methods and 3.4.12
Minimize DOM into something like 3.4.11 Avoid Page Reloads on the grounds
that 3.4.11 and 3.4.12 as they currently stand don't really offer any
concrete advice and contain not much value... But I want to get some
feedback before going ahead with this.


Comments / Feedback please... Depending on the level / type of feedback I'll
endeavour to get another rev out in time for the F2F, but no promises.
