This fulfills, with a few days delay, the requirement set forth in the
charter of the mobileOK Pro Task Force


Next steps:

1) The TF would like to request that this document, proviso some
modifications requested by the group, be published as first public
working draft of this document
2) Please comment on the document in as much detail as you would like.

On other deliverables:
Jo has provided the DDC emulator code which has been sent to Segala, who
have agreed to modify it.  We some interface that will allow testing
against the DDC.
