Provide non-AJAX alternatives to your applications

There can be browsers that don't provide AJAX support so you should be 
prepared for that and provide the same functionality in case AJAX it is 
not available

Could the user have also a preference on to-AJAX or not AJAX? If he 
wants to save battery ... that could be something to discuss

How to do it

Detect browser capabilities or user preferences and react accordingly
