Re: Usefulness of compliance section in Web Accessible Mobile document

I think this is the very difference between Best Practices and
mobileOK. Best Practices are non-normative guidelines. mobileOK is a
normative description of test suites based upon those guidelines. So
"yes" in the sense that this is what mobileOK 2.0 would be about.
