Last Call of Mobile Web Best Practices

Hello,

The Mobile Web Best Practices Working Group just released a new version
of the Mobile Best Practices document; while still a Working Draft, this
new version is special since it's a Last Call Working Draft, meaning
that the document represents the consensus of the Working Group and that
it fulfills the requirements set in the Charter (see W3C Process Doc on
Last Call [1]).

The document is available at:
http://www.w3.org/TR/2006/WD-mobile-bp-20060113/

Comments should be sent to public-bpwg-comments@w3.org (archived at [2])
before February 17 to be taken into account as Last Call comments; note
that Last Call comments receive special treatments in the W3C process as
the Working Group needs to respond to any comments sent during that
period, and to ask the commenters whether they were satisfied by the
proposed resolution of their comments.

In other words, from now on until February 17 is the best time to get
your voice heard on this document, so please review it and ask other
relevant parties to do so as well!

Dom

Working Group's Last Call announcement is a signal that:
      * the Working Group believes that it has satisfied its relevant
        technical requirements (e.g., of the charter or requirements
        document) in the Working Draft;
      * the Working Group believes that it has satisfied significant
        dependencies with other groups;
      * other groups SHOULD review the document to confirm that these
        dependencies have been satisfied.
