Task Force moved to the main body of the working group

Hi guys,

As briefly mentioned during last CT call, we resolved during today's
BPWG call to merge the Content Transformation Task Force back to the
main body of the working group. The decision was grounded on the fact
that the issues that remain be solved require the group's approval
anyway, so it sounds better to have only one global discussion than one
in the task force followed by the same one in the working group.

As a consequence, there will be no more dedicated weekly CT call, but
rather one and only one BPWG call. CT will of course continue to be
intensely discussed during this call.

Another consequence is that, since we are to discuss CT-related topics
in the main body of the working group, we should stop using a dedicated
mailing-list and start using the regular one of the working group:
  public-bpwg@w3.org.
  Archives: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-bpwg/
(you may subscribe to the mailing list through the archives page if
that's not already done)

Switching to the new mailing-list is not a matter of urgency, feel free
to finish the discussions started on this mailing-list before moving on
to the public-bpwg@w3.org mailing-list! (Note the public-bpwg-ct@w3.org
remains open for the time being and I will continue to monitor it).

New BPWG call will use the current Task Force slot, but will start half
an hour earlier and last for 90mn, i.e. next merged call will be on:
  Tuesday 13 January 2009 at 2:30PM UTC.

The agenda for this call will be sent to the public-bpwg@w3.org on Monday.

The slot may be adjusted based on your feedback on it, so feel free to
react if it creates a conflict. No big change for CT Task Force
participants, save that it's half an hour earlier which makes it fairly
early for US West Coast residents...

I updated the task force's home page to reflect the changes.

Francois.
