Project web server trouble

The http://tbx2rdf.lider-project.eu/ web server seems to have trouble - is slow and often gives proxy error. The IATE data (http://tbx2rdf.lider-project.eu/data/iate/iate.nt.gz) can't be fetched.

(BTW, if you try to download via http://tbx2rdf.lider-project.eu/data/iate/, the DOWNLOAD link, you get another URL - seems wrong.)
