[bpmlod] next telco postponed and summer break

Dear BPMLOD group members,

Due to the unavailability of the group chairs, we are skipping the next
regular telco that was scheduled for this Thursday.

Also, we are considering to make a Summer break and skip the regular telcos
during August, to re-start them by mid-September. There is of course a
number of activities in progress (mostly writing of guidelines) that we
expect to continue off-line and via email discussions.
