[bpmlod] new schedule for regular telcos

Dear BPMLOD members,

Many members (including chairs) have difficulties to meet on our regular
slot on Fridays. We would like to essay a new slot for our telcos, which
would be on Thursdays at 10:00 CEST, on the first and third weeks of the
month. (For those who are also in the LD4LT W3C group: the telcos of both
groups would be at the same time slot but on alternate weeks, so no
collision here).

The new plan also affects tomorrow's telco, that we postpone until the next
available Thursday (sorry about the short notice!). Nevertheless we plan to
re-activate some discussions off-line before we meet again.
