[bpmlod] next telco of w3c bpmlod skipped

Dear all,

Due to an unfortunate combination of health problems and unexpected duties,
none of the group chairs will be available to lead the next telco, that was
planned for 15th Nov. Therefore we have decided to postpone it. Sorry about
any inconvenience.
