To be clear that 15:00 CEST right?

Might be better to use UTC and something like the world clock at timeanddate, and announce with a url e.g.:
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?msg=BPMLOD+conf+call&iso=20130724T13&ah=1

That's worked well for us in the mlw lt wg
