Hope all is well.

As promised, please find below the information regarding the report done by
Strategic Biofuels, AFCC member company, with federal agencies EPA and US
Forest Service in the development of the *Practical Guide to Forestry
Feedstock Under the Renewable Fuel Standard.*

Please circulate to the attendees in BOOST.

The Practical Guide provides in-depth information regarding which
non-marketable forest biomass is eligible for th*e *Renewable Fuel Standard
(RFS).  The guidelines provide what can qualify and how these feedstocks
should be tracked for eligibility in the RFS.

Thanks for your patience with scheduling. I'm looking forward to our BOOST
kickoff meeting tomorrow (bright and early!) for those that can make it. If
