interesting UseCase blockchain with WebRTC

today morning I have talked with CG member about usecase for WebRTC and
blockchain.

and continued to check the existing tries
and found some interesting link.

current blockchain nodes exchange blocks in their own ways.
that cause centralizing issue like who define initial nodes.

in a CG, we will be able to think web can be central gateway to exchange
blocks
which will remove centralizing issue and populate another future use cases.

the approach is similar to web payment's case.
