What an excellent paper!

I think bitcoin scales exactly as it is supposed to.

On chain should be low throughput.

Off chain can be very high throughput, certainly enough to handle global
commerce.  I built web credits exactly to do this.

I think satoshi was thinking along the same lines before he left.
