Blockchain at TPAC?

Hi, folks–

W3C holds an annual all-group week of meetings, called TPAC (Technical 
Plenary and Advisory Committee meeting) [1]. This year, it's in Lisbon, 
Portugal, 19-23 September.

There's been some interest in having an informal blockchain meeting at 
TPAC. If you're interested, please complete this survey [2] so we can 
decide what to do.
