Blockchains and the Web workshop expression of interest form

Hi, folks–

Please encourage your contacts to fill out the expression of interest 
form [1] or submit a position statement for the Blockchains and the Web 
workshop [2].

We've extended the deadline to 3 June 2016 (next Friday), and we hope to 
get a great set of thoughtful people helping discuss and decide the 
possible future of blockchains and the Web!

We've already gotten quite a few position statements, so space is a 
little limited, but we're looking at options to expand the number of 
participants (the current limit is 60), so we encourage everyone 
interested to let us know.
