Re: position papers for PC members

Hello everyone!

There seems to be a bit of a delay getting in position papers -- please
make the effort to do this.  You are welcome to reuse/condense text you
have used in other places that represents your point of view (this is not
an academic submission and does not require novelty).  But it is important
that you do this -- it's a way for us to understand the breadth of
knowledge and to see who is taking this seriously and will put in the
effort required for the PC.
