Dear all, you are receiving this either through the bioschemas mailing list, or because you are member of https://bioschemas.org/groups/Chemicals . There is no "official" Reaction profile drafted in https://bioschemas.org/profiles#nav-draft yet. I did some digging and found the preliminary work being done in a biochemical context. I would love to re-vive these efforts and tie this and get to a first DRAFT profile. I have added a corresponding issue as https://github.com/BioSchemas/specifications/issues/601 There is a google document called "Fluxomics", where the reactions are a part of, including some use cases to be addressed: Fluxomics Bioschemas Implementation. Further down in that document is a reaction example, which is coming from this Rhea Database entry: https://www.rhea-db.org/reaction?id=51724 that Json is also on GitHub: https://github.com/BioSchemas/specifications/tree/master/BioChemicalReaction Among the people involved two years ago is Egon Willighagen (of course :-) ), Alasdair Gray and probably some more which only showed up as anonymous animals in the google doc history. I have now added/suggested Chemotion and a reaction example to that Fluxomics document (at the end). This might move to its own document, and we'd start the "official" drafting through the bioschemas process. Maybe it is possible to have that draft renamed to "ChemicalReaction", because I couldn't find anything specific to "bio" :-). In addition to finding the people active on the reaction previously, we can then find additional stakeholders and get their feedback on the draft.
