Hi Melanie, I added a suggestion that instead of defining a new relationship "http://bioschemas.org/datasetUrl" as per the document, the Sample information should reuse the 'https://schema.org/dataset' relationship and point to the description of the dataset using the BioSchemas Dataset specification (and thus the type 'https://schema.org/Dataset'). Then, this would require schema.org to expand the domain of 'https://schema.org/dataset', although not sure how much the 'used on these types' list is enforced. Thanks, Alejandra On 05/02/2018 10:53, Melanie Courtot wrote: > Dear bioschemers, > > Luca and Matt in my team have prepared an updated Samples profile > proposal > https://docs.google.com/document/d/1qLAl-JQ1vY-Vs0-xQUUbDaJ6lHtdUNzlh6CY1aUP9yg/edit#heading=h.ck5s4lynw6tk, > with thanks to Leyla for her review. > > Comments would be greatly appreciated. > > Cheers, > Melanie > > >
