Thanks for the helpful links and suggestions.

I have managed to simply extract jsonld. For example: http://identifiers.org/rest/metadata/reactome:R-HSA-446203 <http://identifiers.org/rest/metadata/reactome:R-HSA-446203> shows jsonld schema.org metadata from http://reactome.org/content/detail/R-HSA-446203 <http://reactome.org/content/detail/R-HSA-446203>. 

Would it be a good idea to provide guidelines or best practices that resources can follow when adding metadata within this community. This will help us to extract metadata without having to crawl and scrape through many different formats and pages.
