Re: (Minutes) RE: RSI Task Force Call - Asia/Europe Friendly

I had put protocol and accompanying specs from VW Submission on Github.

Remaining action for me is to get it into ReSpec (html template and JS
for W3C specs). I'll put editors' names, W3C ids in during the process
and may make some formatting changes at the same time.

In the meantime people are welcome to start making modifications such
as s/ViWi/RSI/g.

I went with gh-pages as the main branch since it works better with
github.io and our publications system.
