[Minutes] VSSo alignment

Short meeting, makes more sense for Daniel and Christian Schormann (MS) to
delve into generated DTDL from latest VSSo ttl and then we can have a more
useful conversation on our next call in two weeks.

Only other takeaways are intent on making translation tools open, already
is the case and there may be some need to make manual modifications to the
produced results.
