we would like to present the Gen2 server implementation at the remote f2f.

- Server architecture, 15 min.
- Server deployment at W3C/MIT server, 10 min.
- Demo of test clients in  repo directory client/client-1.0/Javascript, 15
min.
- Demo of clients on different platforms, 20 min.

The presentation above sums up to 60 mins, maybe we should add 15 mins at
the end for discussion?
