เรียนคณะกรรมการทุกท่าน

ขอแจ้งคณะกรรมการทุกท่านในฐานะที่เป็น reviewer ของ ร่างมาตรฐาน W3C WCAG 2.2 ฉบับแปลไทยที่ได้รับอนุญาต  (Candidate Authorized Translation: CAT)ใ
ตอนนี้ทาง W3C ได้อนุมัติเริ่มกระบวนการ Public review แล้วครับ โดยมีระยะเวลา 30 วัน จนถึงวันที่ 16 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569

ขั้นตอนการเข้าร่วมกระบวนทบทวน (review) มีดังนี้ครับ

1. สมัครกลุ่ม mailing list ที่ทาง W3C กำหนดขึ้นให้เฉพาะสำหรับการทบทวน

อีเมลเฉพาะที่ตั้งขึ้นเพื่อกระบวนการทบทวนคือ:
public-auth-trans-th@w3.org <mailto:public-auth-trans-th@w3.org>  

สามารถดูอีเมลที่ส่งเข้ากลุ่มได้ที่:

การสมัครเข้าร่วม กรุณาส่งอีเมลโดยมีหัวเรื่อง (subject) ว่า "subscribe" โดยไม่ต้องมีเครื่องหมายคำพูด ไปที่อีเมล:

2.1 เวอร์ชันที่ 1: WCAG 2.2 ฉบับวันที่ 5 ตุลาคม 2023 (เวลาอ้างอิงจะเรียกว่า “version 2023”)

3. แนวทางในการส่งข้อคิดเห็น/คำแนะนำ 

3.1 สามารถส่งอีเมลด้วยข้อความได้ทั้ง ภาษาอังกฤษ และ ภาษาไทย ไปที่  mailing list ดังกล่าว
3.2 กรุณาระบุเวอร์ชันของ CAT ที่จะให้ความคิดเห็น (เช่น “version 2023” หรือ “version 2024”) โดยให้แสดงความคิดเห็นทีละเวอร์ชันต่ออีเมลหนึ่งฉบับ 
3.3 กรุณาระบุหมายเลข/ชื่อของ section  หรือตำแหน่งของข้อความที่ต้องการแสดงความคิดเห็นไว้ให้ชัดเจน
3.4 กรุณาระบุว่า ข้อความต้นฉบับคือข้อความใดให้ชัดเจน แล้วจึงเสนอแนวทางการแก้ไขหรือปรับปรุงตามที่ต้องการเสนอ

We are pleased to inform you that the review process has officially begun and will last until 16 February 2026. 

We kindly invite all stakeholders to participate in this review process by following the steps below: 

1. Subscribe to the dedicated mailing list and use it for comments.

3.3 Please include the section number/name or location of the text you are commenting on. 
3.4 Cleary indicate the original text and provide your suggested changes or improvement.
