Validation of the French CAT of WCAG 2.1

Hello,

I hereby confirm that I have in fact reviewed the document, French version
of WCAG 2.1, from 18 May 2022 at https://wcag.access42.net. Other
than the list under "Partenaires du comité de traduction" being outdated, I
consider the actual document to be an accurate translation.

I would change a small detail. Instead of,
Aucun événement descendant (down-event) :l’événement descendant
<https://wcag.access42.net/#dfn-down-event> du pointeur n’est pas utilisé
pour exécuter une partie ou la totalité de la fonction ;
Would it be possible to change it for consistency with the definition,
where I moved the "(down-event)" to the link:
