The French translation of the above is: Critère de succès 1.3.6 Identifier la function

  *   Suggestion: modify the title to "Identifier le but" as the words "purpose" and "function" are not quite the same.
  *   Suggestion to use "déterminée par programmation" instead of "déterminée par un programme informatique". Under « Distinguable » : users is in plural, see below:

Answer:
The group had already discussion on the translation of "purpose" during the translation process and agreed on this term. As far as "determine par un programmation" is concerned, it is a translation that was already agreed in the authorized translation of WCAG 2.0.
We decided not to modify text coming from WCAG 2.0 unless there is an error of translation.
For that reason, we suggest to keep the original translation.
