Re: AudioWG F2F around the Web Audio Conference in Cannes ?

Hi everyone ! Indeed, this year, our wish was to bring back a conference
where participants could socialize and share moments of exchange "for
real", with live presentations, performances and demonstrations. While we
will also accept remote participation (we will announce that soon too).

There are reasonnaby priced hotels that could fit your needs (Cannes is not
a big city) (i.e less than 300 euros for 4 nights, for one person, could be
cheaper for two persons). 3 of them are close to the afternoon conference
location (also the whole friday 8th day), see hôtels around this address : 214
Avenue Francis Tonner , Cannes la Bocca). This is where the WebAudio WG
will have a room on afternoons for meetings, and where demos, posters,
performances and some paper presentations will occur. It's 15Mns from "la
croisette area" where the morning keynotes + presentations will take place
on Wednesday and Thursday morning.

You can also choose a hotel near this "la croisette" area (look around this
address : Palais Miramar, 65 Bd de la Croisette, 06400 Cannes). Remember
that Cannes is small, all the area by the sea is nice for walking, and
going from Palais Miramar to the other site is 15mns by bus). For example :
the IBIS BUDGET hôtel The hotel is a ten minute walk away from Palais
Miramar...
