Minutes of today's WG call

Attendees included Raymond Toy, Hongchan Choi, Jerry Smith and myself.

No progress reported and Paul's time off has now extended to include all of
May. In light of that we've reassigned this issue to Raymond who will make
it his primary focus for WG work now.

Hongchan is contuing to work on this and the path seems straightforward.

We discussed and the feeling is that a synchronous wait in the main thread
for the AWP construction to complete is still essential and the best way to
go. Hongchan to discuss with other implementors.

All issues either closed, deferred or (in the case of a couple of minor
editorial nits) folded into V1.

Our next call (and the last before the F2F) will be in two weeks on June 8
