This is probably a question for public-audio-dev list (public-audio is for specification issues).

But… IIRC, all you need to do is connect all the outputs of your several nodes to the same input of any node at all and the outputs will be summed. You don’t need a ChannelMergerNode unless you are trying to combine multiple mono inputs into a single multi-channel output.
