Updated AudioWorker proposal

Hi all,

I’ve updated my fork of the AudioWorker proposal at [1] to reflect my recent exchanges with Chris W. on the list. If you’re on the call today to discuss, this new draft is the starting point that I’m proposing.

The changes since my last version of this proposal can be seen at [2].

I have tried to pare back as much as possible, while sticking with the notion of AudioWorker as a factory object.
