[web-audio-api] (ScriptProcessorNode) Clarify that ScriptProcessorNodes will be alive as long as it can receive audioprocess events (#241)

We should clarify that ScriptProcessorNodes should stay alive as long as it can receive audioprocess events, and thatclearing the event listeners will allow implementations to free the node.
