MIDI issues

Hmm, so it appears our issues on Github do not auto-mail the list?

I attended NAMM last weekend, and got a few pieces of feedback from Korg
and Yamaha on the specification.  This caused me to re-open the issue on
connect/disconnect events, and add an issue for discussion on virtual MIDI
ports.  I also got some feedback on the getPort() issue, which I added to
the bug, and I wanted to bump the security discussion issue for
consideration, as I think the action is complete there.
