The conf is 25-29 March and our face to face is currently scheduled for 26-27. If anyone absolutely needs to attend the whole conference, then yes, we might have to change our dates. But the current arrangement would allow anyone wanting to go to GDC for a couple of days to attend both, and attend our f2f in a single trip - provided we manage to host our meeting in the area. The games developer conference will have a fairly sizeable number of audio-focused sessions [1], and there is even a cheap(er) pass for the audio track only [2].
