Here's a fantastically bad idea that I'm sure presents numerous technical challenges that make it practically impossible to implement. 1. Extract the Web Audio source code from webkit; 2. Compile it using emscripten to javascript; 3. Attach it to an audio rendering backend using XAudioJS or some other low-level audio rendering library with Flash fallback; 4. Poof, you have a (slow, buggy) version of Web Audio that sort of runs in Internet Explorer.
