The Media Capture TF is already defining a Recording API that uses a MediaStream (which would also contain audio tracks) as a constructor: https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/dap/raw-file/default/media-stream-capture/MediaRecorder.html.
Should we examine this spec first before requiring a recording node?

Proposal for a real-time recorderNode. Already possible with scriptProcessorNode - but dedicated node would be more conveinient.
