Bug ID: 20503
Summary: requestMidiAccess() permission request
Classification: Unclassified
Product: AudioWG
Version: unspecified
Hardware: PC
OS: All
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: MIDI API
Assignee: dave.null@w3.org
Reporter: w3c@marcosc.com
QA Contact: public-audio@w3.org
In the requestMIDIAccess method definition, it should be made clear that they
user can pick and choose - on an individual basis - which inputs and which
outputs are made available to the API. That is to say, if the user has X, Y and
Z devices attached, she may only grant access to X and Z, but not Y.
