Re: [Bug 18992] Running status should be prohibited

Hi Chris,

as said somewhere above in that bug report's comments, Windows removes
Running Status (i.e. fills in missing status bytes) automatically, so
no Windows DAW or MIDI monitor will display MIDI messages exactly as
they come in.
