rejoin the Audio WG, recently rechartered

Audio WG Participants,

The Audio WG has been recently rechartered with new deliverable and new 
milestones.

You (Invited experts or company members) must rejoin this WG within 45 
days of the Call for Participation.

After 45 days, if you haven't done so, you will be automatically 
excluded from the Audio Group.
