As you may remember, we are planning to hold a face-to-face meeting on 
1-2 November 2012 during the W3C Technical Plenary week in Lyon, France.

The message below from W3C staff has a lot of information about how 
register. All the working group members are expected to join - but get 
in touch with the chairs if you cannot make it (and if you haven't told 
us already via the poll held a while ago).

On registration and registration fees

There is a daily registration fee to offset meeting costs. The fee goes
up for those who have not registered by 16 October.

As in the past, registration is a two-step process:

  1) completing a registration form:

On accommodations: please reserve your room early

We have not reserved a block of rooms for this meeting, however we have 
negotiated
discount rates.  Though there are several hotels convenient to the 
meeting location,
we strongly recommend that you reserve your rooms early (before 
September) to take
advantage of these discounts.

On plenary day

We plan to organize the plenary day camp-style, as we did for TPAC 2011.

We will develop the plan for the day in more detail over the next couple 
of months.
