collecting resources for ATAG work

Hi Wendy and all,

I have a few articles and resources on authoring tool accessibility that I think would be good to collect for the ATAG work. For example, 'Richer alt text in Word and PowerPoint, powered by generative AI <https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/blog/microsoft365insiderblog/richer-alt-text-in-word-and-powerpoint-powered-by-generative-ai/4466593>'.

Do we want those in a GitHub wiki page, or Google spreadsheet, or robust resource tool, or other?
