ARRM comments and draft start addressing some

Hi ARRM CG!

We've received some comments on ARRM. See ARRM issues in GitHub <https://github.com/w3c/wai-arrm/issues>

I started a draft pull request with ideas for addressing some. See minor updates based on input #55 <https://github.com/w3c/wai-arrm/pull/55>

Perhaps we can address these in the meeting this Thursday and implement on the WAI site those that the group (+WAI staff) agrees on?
