Help open bugs on browsers?

Hi everyone,

In today's meeting, I brought up that several PRs are stuck in "needing 
issues filed on browsers."

If anyone would like to learn how to do this or help out, you can join 
me the hour before next weeks meeting, in the typical deep dive session, 
and we can divide up the tasks and open bugs. Please respond if you are 
interested, if so I'll make an event.
