Hi all, we've put together a document about new HTML and CSS features

need to care about. Each feature contains a summary, example, status, and
a11y features/issues for some of the more impactful new HTML and CSS
features. Some are already shipping, some are experiments that can be
enabled, and some are still in the idea stage. We're discussing these on
Monday and Tuesday next week. There are probably too many to review them
all, so pick a few you're interested in and be ready with your
questions and opinions!
