Agenda for TPAC 2024

Hello all,

It's time to start putting together the TPAC Agenda! We have a room all 
day on Monday and Tuesday, and we have a few joint meetings scheduled on 
Thursday and Friday. To put together the agenda for Monday and Tuesday, 
we need a list of topics that we should discuss.

If there is something you would like to discuss at this TPAC, please either:

 1. Put the tag "F2FCandidate" on an any issue on any ARIA  repo.
 2. Put a comment in this github discussion board:
    https://github.com/w3c/aria/discussions/2283

will need about the event:
