Re: "aria-describedby" doesn't work when reference text is wrapped in <strong> tag

My apologies for sending incomplete information.
I tested using Chrome 80.0.3987.122 and JAWS 18 and JAWS 2019.  Looks like JAWS issue. Please ignore this until we do further evaluation.
