Re: Agenda: ARIA Working Group Teleconference - 2019-10-31

I'm proposing to make ARIA Annotations part of ARIA instead of its own
separate spec.
The proposal provides some clarifications for existing ARIA markup as well
as some new generally useful markup that has been requested for other
purposes (e.g. aria-description).
