The ARIA changes seem great. I want to think a little bit more about Acc Name change; I wonder if it might be reasonable to advise validators to flag these as author errors without adding more steps to the Acc Name algo and changing implementer expectations. That said, I don't want to block progress on the PRs this week-just thought I'd mention in case of future convos.

TLDR : These PRs make aria-label and aria-labelledby prohibited for authors to use on certain roles. There is a corresponding minor change to ACCNAME which requires the algorithm to ignore aria-label and aria-labelledby on prohibited roles at the root node only -  but allows the algorithm to remain the same when encountering something where naming is prohibited on other nodes in the algorithm.
