Hi,
As we are currently in the FTF meeting, I've created the following accessible IRC chat download in case it's of help for automatically announcing incoming IRC chat messages using JAWS.

No installation is needed, the portable Miranda client can be run from any folder or a thumb drive, and instructions for setup are in the ReadMe.md file.
