No ARIA WG meeting 26 April

Hey all.

This week there will be no ARIA WG meeting. Things you can do during
that hour include:

1. Read the current draft of the charter
   https://www.w3.org/2018/03/draft-aria-charter

2. Be thinking about your deliverable dates, if you will have
   deliverables in the new charter.

3. Read Bryan's consolidation of handling whitespace in AccName:
   https://github.com/w3c/accname/issues/16
